Why do women go out with bad, ill-educated men rather than kind, educated men?

I certainly don't mean that educated people are all good or vice versa but women seem to like incapable men.

It's the age old question that vexes men.

The only way of dealing with this is to stop caring about the women who choose the bad men and get hurt. Of course you'll hear them whining for your sympathy when he treats them badly but don't give it. Just give the rest of the female population your attention and your concern.

That's just your perception, and it could be the environment your in. When you where in college you were around other students. If your now in the workplace it's a mixture. You may be dealing with women who are not educated. It also depends on the dating pool. People tend to date whoever is available. You may be going after women out of your reach. Try examining your standards and see if maybe your chasing trophies and not real women. I am an educated women and I have a problem with both pools (educated and stupid) and NO I am not gay, just fed up. Educated men tend to be arrogant. Uneducated men tend to be threatened, so don't think all educated women are alike. It really depends on the individual.

Because some women are addicted to "bad boys". The decent guys are just not that exciting to them. If a woman is raised seeing her mom mistreated, she begins to accept this as normal. When she grows up, instead of seeking a life partner who will be stable and kind, she seeks out someone who can replicate what she experienced as a child. Because this is what is "normal" for her. If she finds a decent guy, she quickly becomes bored and moves on to her exciting bad boy. These woman need help to break the destructive chain of violence and abuse. They need to see that picking a man who will be kind will not only benefit them, but also her future children. The best thing a child can see is a real man who treats his wife with love and respect, so that he or she will want to model that in their adult lives.

Women like men are mostly shallow. They go for appearences instead of the person inside. Always try to build a relationship based off the friendship first. Those relationships last longer. ; )

You could ask why men go for big boob small brain girls, or are body fascists and are not often intersted in a girls wit and charm

Sounds like me!! I think it's because the dumb ones are more fun!! I married an educated man lasted 4 months, the're just no fun to be with. My uneducated husband and I have been together for almost 10 years.

Because the kind educated men are wallflowers and they hide away. The bad ones are in your face and after a couple of drinks can seem attractive!!

Its no secret that women are drawn to "fix-it" projects. They see the raw material we guys are and the polished diamond we should become. Often, girls look at a 'fine' man as nothing more than some other girl's 'successful project'. Of course, I am no expert.

It`s not that they don`t like educated men, it`s just that some women are attracted to a rebel, must be the reason I`m not getting any. Lol.
