You were absolutely right to dump her! You're the kind of man I would want! You see MY problem is there's too many guys that DO think flatulence is acceptable, so you would be like a prize for me and I would NEVER, EVER, EVER do that around you! I hate it when people do that and I know how you feel! Don't EVER lower your standards for someone like that, not ever!

We can't control our body functions sometimes and farting at the wrong time is bound to happen sooner or later. It could have been you. How embarrased would you have been? Think of it from her point of view. You are making an embarrasing yet uncontrollable situation into a mortifying experience for her.
Forget about it and move on. If you really can't get passed it, just remember to think of her feelings and don't cause unwanted embarrasment for her by telling others or making it a big deal. It really isn't a big deal.

Okay, first off everybody lets one rip from time to time. This girl was obviously very comfortable around you and that is a GREAT and hard thing to find! It takes a strong girl to let one rip in front of her man since we are supposed to be so ladylike and perfect and all. You can't tell me that you have never farted. Anyway, no you weren't right. Some things you can not control. Wait until you are having sex and the woman farts are you going to throw her off of you and run out the door?? Women fart during sex all the time because their muscles are so tight in that region that they have no control over what happens. I am sure that your ex didn't mean to let it out but stuff happens, I am sure that she was more embarrased and mortified by it then you were disgusted.

put yourself in her shoes what if had happen the other way around how would you she would felt if you farted while kissing come on dude do you think that she really meant to do it. Use your head it was a natural accident that could happen to anyone can i tell you how you feel like a compete (jackass) don't ignore her talk to her tell how you felt about that night and give her another chance. Maybe you were her first bf (i am assuming that you were) she makes one little embarrassing moment and you want to blow her off.

No that just wrong reason to dump a girl. It a natural occurrence and bodily functions can not be controlled. Now what if the tables were turned and you let one rip. Would she think that was nice, would she dump you for that same reason?

Everyone farts. She farted because she feels comfortable around you. So she just lets it all go. And so should you. Besides girls are the one that say farting is socially unacceptable.

I don't think it was wrong. A 3rd date is too soon,at least you went w/your gut feeling. I think you did the right thing,maybe some ppl will call you shallow,but clearly she wasn't right for u :)

everyone farts. sometimes they just come at the wrong time. i wouldn't have dumped her its not like u guys don't fart all the time. its really gross and they really stink
