ROFLMAO. Talk about a creative person! You rock!
Actually, the 7 days in the Bible "are NEVER SAID TO BE 7,000 years." The reason this number is used is because at one place in the scriptures it said, "a thousand years are as one day to God." However, they were talking relativistic as you were. That is, relative to God, Time can mean ANYTHING, since Heaven is OUTSIDE of our Universe, by simply stepping "into our Universe, you HAVE TO PICK THE TIME TO STEP INTO." In the Book of Daniel (Dan. 10:20) where "20 So he went on to say: "Do you really know why I have come to you? And now I shall go back to fight with the prince of Persia. When I am going forth, look! also the prince of Greece is coming."" (Dan. 11:2) And now what is truth I shall tell to you; "look! There will yet . . . And soon as he has become strong in his riches, he will rouse up everything against the Kingdom of Greece."
There's JUST ONE PROBLEM HERE. Greece as a Nation wouldn't exist for another 200 years. So, as we can see, Time IS relative to God.

God's eternal, he's not bound by our laws of time. Man created time not God. I know it's hard for mortal men to understand, with our infinite understandings. Anyways how would your theory explain this. Day 1 light, day 2 water, above and below, day 3 land, sea & plant life, day 4, sun, moon & stars day 5 bids and aquatic animals, day 6 rest of animals & man and 7TH day God rested. What do plants need to survive? SUN. 1 day, very likely, 1000, very, very unlikely. But Billions as your suggesting, absolutily ludicrus. What about this. How are plants pollinated? BEES, BUTTERFLIES. Part of the animal kingdom, I believe. 3days, again very likely but 3000 or billions & billions, not gonna happen. So, I guess it had to be a literal 6 day creation and then God rested, on the 7TH. As for the Nobel Peace Prize, in this evolutionary brainwashed world, your probably a contender.

God is actually already everywhere, full strength, he doesnt have to move at all. We live before His face, we just forget it sometimes
there is actually some doubt as to the size and scale of the universe and some reaosn to suggest the the claimed farthest objects Quasars are red because they are intrinsically red and not because they are far , they may be white holes thrown out of galaxies and embrionic alaxies (see Haltan Arp of the Max Plank Institutes theories on this)
The theory of relativity has another aspect, time slows down near gravity and so there is a possibility as well that the earth is in the center of a gravity well, where time runs slower near the earth and faster toward the edge (see Russ Humphreys Starlight and Time) in this view 6 days might go by on earth as considerably longer happend far away as God stretches out the heavens This theory may apply if the universe has a finite edge rather than being infinite in extent and the earth being near the center and you can read the theories of Russ Humphreys on this one.

God says 'be' and 'it is.'
7 days and 15 billion years are all imaginations.
How can men understand when is beginning, end and eternity? But they think that they are all knowing and keep on quarelling like the blind men describing the elephant as the parts they touch.
Now, who can tell them that they are blind, and they should learn from the seeing man rather than teach.
If we realized that we were ignorant, at least we might attain one small step to knowledge. Then we start to bow down before the Messenger of the One True God to learn other things. I humbly present this opinion before the Yahoo-answerers based on this statement of Baha'u'llah, the most recent Messenger of God:
Say: Yes, by My Lord! I am ignorant of all things except what God hath, through His bountiful favor, been pleased to teach Me. To this We assuredly testify, and unhesitatingly confess it.
(Baha'u'llah, Gleanings from the Writings of Baha'u'llah, p. 122)
Blessed be the conscious ignorant.

I have read that the word translated as "day" really just meant a time that has a beginning and an end. I don't think the writer of that part of the bible really meant day as in a 24 hour period.

You'll get no Nobel for this, Abram. But you seem to realize that no one knows what a day was when God created us. Could've been ten seconds, could've been a thousand years, in terms we currently understand Science is no balm to those with faith. Faith involves believing that which we cannot, are not capable of understanding. i.e., The Essence of God...

The premise is a bit flawed. You have lowered God into our reality. God is beyond time and space. Ergo, there is no need for Him to travel or even travel at a relativistic velocity. It does not make sense for God to travel. Tell me, how or even why would an Omnipresent Being travel or need to travel? If that Being is everywhere, why move? True God did create the universe and ordered it, but He certainly did not fly from one space and time to another to do this. Why is this? Because the universe is created within God and NOT outside of Him.
May the Lord bless and keep you. May He let the light of His face shine upon you.
God's and your beast of burden

Read all the books you can. They will tell you their version of the truth. The 'timescale' things is too complex for the average person. The Hindu concept of time is something approaching this idea you suggest. This says that the universe will last 100 years of Bramha. This is the same as 311,040,000,000,000 years on Earth.

The Bible only said that He made the earth in seven days. Each solar system that He made He made at different times.
