I got it and it works with the MAC address but is there a software that can scan and make it easy by clicking the block button on/off?

Every network card on every PC has a MAC address, which is totally unique.

What you should do is find out the MAC addresses of the PCs you WANT to access the router, and add those to the router's access list. See your routers instructions for how to do this. Essentially, when a PC not on the list tries to connect it will be a case of "if you're not on the list, you're not coming in".

Also set up a WEP key and hide the SSID from being broadcast

On most routers (I use a linksys) you can set the router to only allow certain computer on. This is done by putting the MAC addresses of the computers that you want in the list on the router. This way the IP can change and it won't matter, it's the computer id that is used.

If you set the PC's with static IP's (or at least your's and you bro's), and only allow you and your bro, you could block your friend that way.
