i heard of this chinese toungue-twister but i forget how it goes...
in english, it would be:
14 is 14
40 is 40
14 is not 40
40 is not 14

can anyone tell me how to pronounce that in chinese?

The numbers after each word refer to the tone-- 2 is a rising tone (like you're asking a question) while 4 is a falling tone (like you're scolding someone emphatically)
