It sounds like it's attached to you, because you give it attention, where the owner probably doesn't. I am the same way, if a stray dog comes to my door, i'll feed it, I can't keep it because I have two other dogs, both Cocker Spaniels and they are indoor pets, not to mention, I don't want to bring a stray dog around my pets because you never know if the dog has anything contagious. I will call the dog pound, if the dog stays around too long, the way I see it is, at least it's not out there starving to death, at the pound, it's getting fed. By the way, someone is spelled like this. ^

It's spelled "someone" not somone. Thanks for asking!

I'm not one to advocate stealing another person's animals, but I really believe that no kitty should be an outdoor kitty. Outdoor cats generally live only 3-4 years, as opposed to 10-15 years for indoor cats. Outdoor cats are more prone to disease, trauma, and being a nuisance for the neighbors (when the cat uses their flowers for a litterbox). Often, outdoor cats are not fixed and can breed freely, which contributes to the cat overpopulation problem

Since the owners obviously don't care about the cat, why don't you offer to purchase it? They might just give you the cat, when they see how much you care about it. If you don't think they will be OK with selling or giving you the cat, you can always ask if you can bring the cat inside your house for awhile to play with it. Over time, the cat will figure out who is taking care of it, and will spend all it's time at your house.

Hope this helps!

You spell it "someone"

How do you know the kitty is owned by someone? Is is wearing a collar or tag? Does it look well-fed & cared for? It could be one that has been abandoned.... If kitty is wearing a collar, use the info on the tag to call the local animal shelter to see if the numbers match up with anyone. If kitty has been abandoned, free kitty for your house!

Cats are very good at demanding attention it has you wrapped around its little finger, pat it occasionally and there is no reason why you cannot play with it occasionally but don't feed it!!! if it has a good home that is its owners privilege, it is obviously a friendly little kitty. Good luck

Just keep playing with it, if the cat is constantly outside, i would contact the owner, or animal control, and all that, make sure he actually does have a family. It is spelt someone.

Well you you 'adopt it' and feed it while its there and play with it. And if you know who the actual owner of the cat is, ask them if you can have it.. Now is the owner someone who just feeds it, or do they take care of it and get it medical attention?

someone.
if the cat has tags you should contact the owners, if it doesnt maybe you could put up a sign. if nobody claims it after a while then it is yours. sounds like you are attached already
