Obviously you are an overachiever trying to skip all the steps before a kiss, but you are missing out on the great stuff! First you need to establish a connection...does he know that you are alive? Then after he knows that you are a breathing mammal like he is you need to move in and find out if the feeling is mutual before the kill. Talk to him. Guys do know how to communicate sometimes. If he likes you Great! Then kiss him. Some people like to ask before they kiss...some people kiss the cheek or the hand to test the water to see if they are allowed to kiss...try what you want..I doubt he will file a sexual harassment suit on you...that is just stupid.

well first of all you need to establish in some way that you like him if not when you lean in to kiss him you may get an unpleasant surprize like a rejection. and when you do try to find out if he likes you make sure that HE REALLY DOES LIKE YOU. there's nothing more embrassing than a miscommunication because you asked your friend's friend to ask him if he liked you and words got mixed up.
