Does it seem that every year the 8th grade class kids seem to get shorter. In my class (roughly 90 kids split up in to 3) there are only 5 kids over 5' 6". I am one.

Yeah i know that is weird thats kinda like in my school.. the grade eights (me) are shorter i mean im not even as tall as i used to be and i'm about the same height as you are! ><; theres like 5 kids that are actually TALL in grade 8 and the rest are just like average tall like mee ^^

I know! I am in the 8th grade too and it seems every year the grade gets shorter! I am 5' 1"

No, I don't think they are getting shorter. The haven't reached puberty yet so they aren't going to be 6 feet. 8th graders probably looked huge when you were in grade one though.

sorta....most of the 8th graders here r pretty tall or at least the guys r
most of the girls r short

yeah, i noticed also. and i also noticed that they just keep looking younger and dont seem like 13/14 year olds. more like 11 or something.
