In what? Corn syrup is clear, fairly flavorless, and very sweet; molasses is dark, STRONGLY flavored, and slightly less sweet than corn syrup (because of the other flavor elements in it).

So yes, you can substitute it, but the flavor will be VERY different, like the difference between white sugar and brown sugar, times ten. In the right recipe, it could be a big improvement -- my wife would certainly think so, as she LOVES molasses. (Try molasses drizzled over French vanilla ice cream some time, instead of chocolate syrup...)

I've never substituted molasses for corn syrup, but I've substituted corn syrup for molasses in a cookie receipe and it worked just fine. Slightly different taste, but that didn't bother me.

You can, depending on what your making. But remember that corn syrup is almost flavorless and molasses tastes pretty strong. Taste both and see if it will work. There are no absolute Yes or No rules in cooking.

No ,if the recipe needs corn syrup ,that`s what you need .
If you ever run out of brown sugar you can mix sugar and dark molasses together ,in an emergency.

NO. Corn syrup is made up of different siimple sugars and mollases has a very different flavor that would not be desirable in your finished dish.
