get reduced sodium soy sauce. or add wine or water and hopefully it will help out the salt

Get a quality soy sauce that derives its flavor from soy-fermentation alone. Off-brand soy sauces have too much salt to hide the lack of flavor.

dilute it with water...2 part soy sauce, 1 part water and next time just use reduced sodium soy sauce

You can buy low salt & no salt soy sauce..
I don't know that you can take the salt out of it from home..

You can cut it with water and add a bit of sugar.... or substitue some teriyaki sauce... not quite as salty.
