The problem w/ quitting fast food is that you think you have to starve when you get hungry. If you can, carry snacks on you, like baby carrots & a couple pieces of cheese, almonds, etc. Stuff like that. That way you're not messing w/ your sugar levels & you're able to eat wheneve you're hungry. Starving fitness people are grumpy fitness people. lol
