Sometimes people put other people down to build themselves up and to make themselves look better. Sometimes a self righteous person has delusions of superiority and that is how they live their lives, as if they are better than others. It is a sad thing to see because the Bible teaches, "Don't be selfish; don't live to make a good impression on others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourself."

Any preacher who gets good enough to make it to the television is a millionaire. They are called electric preachers and live better than most kings use to. They are so fabulously wealthy.
It is all about the money. They make tons of it.
If they get a lot of viewers they make a lot more money.
So like politicians have learned to preach and not say anything or condemn any practice. It is a tap dance one preacher said.
To get across the message be good. Without saying what good is. Many people out there are living in sin. Or living together without marriage, homosexuals and rich and greedy and vulgar.
But those are the ones who pay the most money.

There are more evil men who call themselves evangalists than there are good ones. You just have to sort them out. The ones badmouthing other religions or preachers are about the devil's work ninety per cent of the time.

They are displaying the human failing of hypocrisy, which is unfortunately something that people give into even when they are touting their religious beliefs in the breath before or after.

lol...you must be talking about the whole Madonna thing. as priests, people expect them to act a certian way and be a certain way but we forget that they too are human. by no means is this to justify his actions but more like to explain why...u just gotta laugh and wonder what this world is coming to

religon means money. it just like every other scam we have to put up with. their show needs the ratings. what better way to do that than stir up controversy.
