I want to be a baker and a sweets maker, and since I'm 16, I have some time to learn.

What are some basing things I should know how to make? Could you link me to or give me a recipe for them, please?

Also, is there a way to make your own chocolate molds?

I would start with cookies umm...... good.. is there such thing as a bad cookie? border has lots book for baking also a good place to hang out. on molds try walmart or craft shop molds for candles ,making your own is a thinking, seening diffrently experince (plastic thing come in) or around house things to use, (that where artist are nutty come in)dumpster diving, make a cross eye will this do.
