The only way I can say you learn how to kiss is through hands on (or mouth on) experience.

Make a friend of the opposite sex and ask him/her to teach you.
I'm in the smae position as you, and I don't know what to say. I know it sounds obvious, I know it is, but sometimes the obvious thing is the right/only thing.
