Anyone been to THORNTON HEATH ?? What is it like there ???

Wonderful ! It's the centre of the universe. When ever anyone asks me 'where's London ?' I say; 'It's just outside Thornton Heath !'

If you need orthopaedic shoes made, there's an excellent place in Thornton Heath. It doesn't have any other redeeming features.

I lived there until 3 years ago, not much there really. Depends what you are looking for. Good access to Croydon which is OK for shopping/jobs/clubs.
