What could you possibly gain from remaining near either of these people. You're treading a border on real psychoses here and the fact you can't recognize how bad this situation is for you to be in is a sign that you may need professional help or at least the cousel of a priest or independent qualified party.
If you sleep with him and screw with his woman...
You will validate his somewhat unballanced belief that he loves you and make him more emotionally crippled.
You will make a woman who threatens you into a woman who might act on those threats
You will make yourself more involved in the chaos of their relationship. You will not gain any power over him or her, in fact you will be more helpless the more you sink into their F-ed up relationship

Get out of this relationship. My experience is that control freaks are the ones that threatens you with guilt and responsibilities of their lives. You know what? There is someone not involved with a significant other with the adequate tools to deal with love, hate, happiness and courage. You deserve someone that does not keep you in a desperate situation and will appreciate you that much that would never let you deal with a situation like that. I hope you look for help from a psychologist or a priest and help you determine what is wrong with you to let you get involved with somebody like him. Be selfish in this one and let yourself know you deserve a good man.

umm you are making yourself sound like trailer park trash..with all this sleeping with someone elses man and fighting talk.A real man would rather a classy chic with morals rather than whatever you are talking about. Err, kind of mean but, I guess I can see this happening. In my opinion, don't give him the satisfaction of doing 'it' with him...all it will do is make him feel like he's doing the right thing. As for his g/f, i'd say make sure she doesn't have anything on you first, then go hard ;) just don't take it too far.

ha yeah that's wrong on so many levels. don't get revenge on someone and ruin someone's relationship by having sex with the guy. that's horribly wrong. just forget about them both and find yourself a guy who cares for you. trust me, there's a lot better guys out there who would love to be with you.
