You really need to give more info for a kitten. What is his personality, what color are his eyes. Sometimes the best name is the 1st thing that pops into your head. I like to give my animals names by there personality. Max is very independent and act like he is a king. Snoopy is a male also but he is into everything and pushes stuff with his nose so we call him Snoopy.

I had two black cat and named them "Ozzy" I called him "Oz" after Ozzy Osbourne and "Loki" after the Norse God of mischief. the perfect names for black cats.
