PRIDE fighting Championships are shown on Fox Sports Network...

Be informed though that FSN heavily edits the fights and the fights are many times better in their entire length...
The UFC events are seen on cable tv on Spike TV and have pay per view events as well...
The Ultimate Fighter Reality Show is shown on Spike TV as well...

The PPV channels for PPV events. Spike TV has UFC on Mondays and Thursdays. Pride is on FSN on Sundays. (It's on now, channel 620 here.)
