Salmon (preferably wild caught) is chocked full of high quality protein plus it has the Omega 3 oils and a ton of antioxidants. It's a perfect food and taste great. If you are watching calories grill it for a very low fat hearty meal. Also you want to try Isopure protein supplements (in health food stores and vitamin stores) they are very delicious and have 50 grams of quality protein per glass with around a hundred calories and only a few grams of sugar/carbs and zero fat.
