does black mold affect animals?

just wondering cuz i have a project due on black mold.

Yes, it can. Black mold is toxic to humans and pets. In fact, to anything that breathes. Many times, a dog is thought to have allergies at first, since the symptoms mimic a cold or sinus trouble, until he becomes very ill. (I'm an R.N.)
