Try billing yourself as the childcare service that is more than just childcare. Try saying something like you are the new breed in childcare, you go the extra mile to make each child feel like they are home when they really aren't. That instead of mom having to drag the child into daycare, mom will have to fight to get them to go home each night. Say it is more than a daycare, that it extends to the whole family with after hours programs, and that it will introduce your child to different cultures and be an inclusive "society" to let your child learn at an early age there are differences in people. That while it is a christian based program, there will be no religious teachings or references, only the open welcome to everyone of any faith.
If you are gonna do a commercial, use people of all races, faiths, and abilities to represent either staff or future clients, letting them explain how or why they choose your facility. If you are gonna do a print add, try making a list, let everyone know that you will offer the same practices as every other day care in town, but then use your list to highlight the differences, the things that make your facility stand out from every other facility in town. Hype up the pluses, like the mom and me time on Saturday mornings, or family nights, and make sure you put in the future overnight service and when you expect them to be available.

You seem to have all the answers, like make an easy to read flyer that can be seen from far away and give a special - first month 1/2 price. Or supply lunches and drinks, that's always a plus. Include all the points you made in bullet form on colorful paper and have the peices of paper that tear off with the phone number on it.

I would advertise your expanded hours. Many parents that work late or odd hour jobs can't find alternative care that also offers all of the programmatic elements you are listing. Many centers have a $1 per minute late fee for children that need to be picked up and those parents need a place that is more flexible.

Wow! Great plans! I wish we had something like that around here. I work as an Education Coordinator for our local Child Care Resource and Referral and the things that you are offering are so rare but needed! You should have something in your advertising about "education" or "learning" or something along those lines. I am very happy for you! Thanks for providing those services for your community!
