How would I know if the spinal fusion in my back has failed?

I had to have a spinal fusion surgery for scoliosis and I think it has failed any way to tell?

That is a question to ask a doctor. There are tests (XRay, diagnostic ultrasound) to examine this and it should be if you have some concerns.
