well i don't know about the computer program, but there's a game called roller coaster tycoon (and roller coaster tycoon 2, and 3) where you make your own amusement parks. but they give you the scenario and you add rides or make your own rides and attract customers

NickVille. it would want to have all kinds, roller coasters, water rides, ferries wheels that placed you right into a cage and also you slide truly quickly (kinda like Mickey Mouse Ferris Wheel at Disneyland.) and some more desirable boring rides.
