Emeril Food Network has a great recipe use cut up onions slices in skillet , put in olive oil brown till real soft, add 1/ 2 cup of each kechup and mustard and simmer, makes great sauce. WInsteads in Kansas City has same sauce.

Swiss cheese and mushrooms sauteed in olive oil with thyme, salt and pepper. Slather on some Balsamic Mayo....a blob of mayo with a couple splashes of Balsamic vinegar and a lot of cracked black pepper. They are so easy to make this way and are kind of different and even a little fancy.

sauteed three choices of onions and garlic (fresh ) green scallions.,sweet hamburger onions , and purple in Terriaki sauce and mushrooms any choice. Be sure to stir fry until vegetables are translucent . you may also stir fry a little Broccoli in that topping , make sure broccolli is sliced thin.
