Grapefruit burns fat.

um no. Grapefruit juice may be made from a juice but it still has natural sugars. those sugars can still be stored as fat. If you drink to much of it you will continue to gain weight, eating a fruit is better because the sugar content is lower.

It does help somewhat. NOTE: A lot of cholesterol drugs say do not drink grapefruit cuz it interacts. Check with doctor.

no but if you drink enough you have the runs, and thatll burn calorieslol. but seriously every thing burns calories, you should be asking how much, not if

yes it does. it works great....its just kinda gross after a while, and you have to juice it yourself, because the stuff from the store is all preserved and added with sugar.
