First of all, no one can make you hate yourself but you. You have to love yourself if you expect anyone else to love you. Secondly, ask your parents if you can have a meeting with them...together if possible. Explain the whole situation and what happened. Even if you have to tell them something you did, it is better to show them that you are being honest with them. Maybe it will also help them to trust what you say in the future. Tell them that their belief in you is very important to you. Hope this helps...and good luck. :)

writing a sincere letter might be the best way to get your parents to listen. in the letter you can explain the situation of what happened and how you feel about it and how they are making you feel. ask in the letter if they'll write you one in reply. this might be the easiest (quietest) way to facilitate some communication instead of yelling or ignoring. i hope everything goes well.

that sux and is always hard to deal with. Tell them they are being immature for not listeing what you have to say and are being "irrational". Tell them you wont to explain clearly YOUR side of the story. And also say that if they cant accept it then tell them to listen to God and he will point them in the right direction. TRUST ME!. Good luck.

Sit them down, ask them to listen but not speak. Tell them just what you told us. Judy
