They say 8 tall glasses a day which is approximately 2 litres. Too much water though is also not good so you have to find a balance. Try keeping a sipper water bottle with you all day and just sip continuosly, it becomes routine. It cleans the system which in turn does help with weight loss so yeah, go get yourself a cold bottle and enjoy.

about 8 average sized glasses a day, it does help weight loss but this depends on the kind of excercises you do also it depends on what your diet is like, drinking water and maintaining a good diet will help with weight loss, drinking water also helps your body get rid of impurities therefore, giving you a 'glow' to the skin and also a healthy body.

Well, the FDA says six 8 ounces of water daily. But you also get water from coffee, tea, sodas, etc. because they are water based. It truly helps in weight management because it helps to "flush" out stuff in your system that doesn't need to be there. Try to "liquidate" your body sufficiently, drinking water mostly because that's the purest form. Make sure juices are 100% pure because the others have so much sugar in them and stay away from "Sport" drinks because, here again, they mainly contain sugar. I keep a bottle of water in my fridge because, when I am hot and exhausted, that does the trick rather than cola.

There is no hard and fast rule to the amount of water your body needs, because it depends on your particular body.
So Keep drinking water until your urine is only light yellow in colour. It shouldnt be dark yellow (dehyrdrated) and it shouldnt be clear (over hydrated).

As to weight loss, yes it helps to suppress the appetite by making you feel full, and thus less likely to snack.
It also is pretty much the only thing that is good for you and 100% calorie/fat free.

YOu're supposed to drink 8 glasses. I guess it could help with weight loss since it makes you feel full. It makes you have to go to the bathroom every 5 minutes, though.
