Just tell the truth... " Man you're a cheater and a jerk get gone from my life! " if he needs more the back of your head should be sufficiant. Why would you inflict yourself with such a person?
Mamma used to say, "Boys are like busses wait a bit and another one will be along. " she paraphrased it for me to "Girls"... but it still is true after 40+ years.

Tell him (in person) why you are breaking it off with him. The number one thing in any relationship is trust, and if you dont have that, you have nothing. Better dump your cousin while your at it. Family should NEVER do that to another family member. Good luck. :)

If he has cheated on you and doesn't treat you right, then you owe him absolutely nothing. If I were you I would just call him and tell him "we're over." If he asks why, just tell him he should know, he was the one messing around not you. Good luck girl, email me anytime if you need :)
