How do I avoid this?

Anyone who can help avoid this "surf control" of my company whenever I try to access the website that is prohibited here? I always receive the surf control barner whenever I log on some websites.

You can only avoid it by stop going to those sites, the company has final say on their computers and access.

There is obviously a security measure on your work server that prevents going on certain sites. Ever thought of getting some work done rather than pissing about on the internet?
