My state just changed the clocks ahead 1 hour for the first time this past spring and my mind is still stuck on the time it was used to before. If you can trick your mind that easily, then go for it, I can't.

Probably not. Usually when we set our clocks up we know that we have an extra 10 minutes and use it up anyway. Such as lay in bed an extra 10 minutes, check our email, eat breakfast, etc. etc.
