soy sauce + italian salad dressing

I put equal amounts of each in a ZipLock bag (about 1/4 cup each) and shake it up, stick in the steak, and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours.

It's very easy and the meat comes out surprisingly delicious! Especially yummy on the barbeque!

TERIYAKI STEAK MARINADE

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
5 ozs soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup pineapple juice
mix well and pour over flank steak.

Marinate flank steak overnight. Grill to medium rare and slice against grain.

Just 3 ingredients:
soy sauce, ginger syrup and garlic powder.
Every bodies wondering what makes my steaks and pork tenderloin tastes so great and won't believe when I tell.....

Ginger syrup is the syrup the find in a jar ginger balls, but over here in the Netherlands for sale in the supermarkets as well.

My fave is as follows
Soy sauce with a few garlic cloves and a sprinkling of sugar added. Soak overnight, it delicious and it makes the steak really tender, it can also be used with pork and chicken!

Looks like soy sauce has it! But here is one you have probably never heard before. "COFFEE". You season your steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, oh yea, don't forget the soy sauce, then put some uncooked coffee grounds on each side and broil.

Bull's Eye Mesquite Sauce
Chopped Onions
Diced Apples
Spicy Brown Mustard

Adjust to taste, but will tickle your tastebuds.

this one is best for big, thick chateaubriand cuts:

olive oil and fresh, minced garlic

marinade for about 30 minutes. then grill.
