The weight pulls it flat,. You can cut some shorter layers in it, or pull parts of it back and up with barretts or braids.
FYI, if you french braid the whole length, you can make it puffier on top by the way you braid.

maybe try to put in volumizing mousse. You can also try to use volumizing conditioner, shampoo...etc. The new John Freeda shampoo etc. works very well. If you are brunette try Brilliant Brunette, blonde: luzurious blonde (or something like that), Red: radious red. Let your hair always mostly dry naturally but you can blowdry with a brush near the roots of your hair to get some added volume. Keep your hands OUT of your hair. The oil from your hand s makes your hair flat. Good luck.

Catspaw is right. You need to cut some layers into it to get the look you want. It does seem scary, I know, I've had long hair that was all one-length and couldn't fathom cutting layers into it. But wow, what a difference it makes. Can even make it look longer! It's a gorgeous way to wear long hair. There is just too much weight - it pulls down and you don't get any "lift" at the scalp.
Good luck!

Look up locks of love and think about changing style to get rid of the weight. True blonde hair is light and fly away anyway and cannot be really styled very well.

Weight pulls the body out of your hair. Think about getting some long layers cut into your hair.

That's disgusting. How do you go to the bath room? It's got to be constantly in the way and a hassle. I sure wouldn't want you preparing my food, are even in my kitchen for that matter. Get a stylish hair cut and do yourself a favor.

I'm not sure if it's possible to keep it bouncy all day, since it's so long.

Well, part of it is that your hair is so long, that it's weighing it down. Maybe a few layers would help. Otherwise, I really don't know what you would do.

Cut it. Hair down to your waist? There's no way it can be bouncy.
