Only pervert men think that way. l know there are alot of virgins over the age of 19. l was certainly much older than 19 when my no good friends pressured me into having sex, at the age of 22 l think l was still to young at the time. Although l don't believe age has anything to do with when we lose our virginity as long as it's true Love we find. If someone finds Love at a very young age that's great. But the problem is many people are losing their virginity before they find thier true Love and that is when it is to young.

Back in the Fifties, you might have been 21 before you lost your virginity. In the Eighties, the average age had dropped to 17 – still above the age of consent. Today, a quarter of girls and nearly a third of boys have had sex before they reach their 16th birthday.
I don't know for a fact that MOST men think ALL women over 19 are no longer virgins. However, MOST men and MOST women are NOT virgins after the age of 17.
From personal experience, I was 24 when I lost my virginity, which is quite late. Most of my friends and colleagues were about 16 or 17. It's not important to be a virgin. Being true to yourself and making sure that love is involved, NOT just sex, is far more important regardless of how soon or not you lose your virginity.
