Don't get a thing to convert it, get a new stereo system, you can probably find one that's not too expensive. That's what I did with my car. I think it's almost impossible to get one of the converters that doesn't skip when you hit a bump.

The cheapest way is to by one of those tapes with a wire which you plug onto your Discman. However, there will be a lot of skipping. I would strongly recommend the following: sell the cassette player and get a CD player. That's the best thing against skipping.

Take care!

With any converter you use, it will be prone to skipping. Your best bet is to go buy a cheap CD player and have it installed

In some suv's it may have both, but ask if it has a cd player or cd changer(they hold 6 cd's or more). or you may have to change the stock radio and put in a sterio/cd player.Check with some local sterio shops(best buy) type stores.
