All year on a gas BBQ. We even built a covered deck on our new house to make grilling in bad weather possible. We won't eat a steak or burger off the stove top. Just not the same.

I'm such a grilling fanatic that I grill in the dead of snowy winter on a hibachi in my fireplace. If I had gas I probably would try that, but sometimes it's too snowy to go outside and get the grill set up...that's when the fireplace comes in handy.

I love to grill all year long.
Nothing like a juicy grilled steak in the winter to cure the winter blues.
