Screen printing is a specialized process requiring equipment. Printing to t-shirts can be done in other ways at home (dye-sublimation, hot transfer, etc).
Buy the equipment for what you want to do.

i wouldn't bother mate, it's a waste of time, messy as @uck and is a right ball ache.
there's loads of websites telling you it's dead easy etc... but they're all selling the equipment.
if i was you, i'd get the designs put onto a transfer and heat them on. the heat presses cost around £200 and are much easier and cleaner. the desings would probably cost you in the region of £50 for 100 2 colour logos. much cleaner and no wasted t-shirts etc...

There's a way to print t-shirt in good quality, visit http://www.comboutique.com/design@miracle (or any other similar) and you can upload whatever you have in mind and print it.
What you have to do is to sign in!
I also use this way, not only designing and printing my own t-shirt, i can sell it too!

You don't even need to go to e-bay. My local High Street stationary shop sells ink-jet printable iron-on transfers. Buy a pack & try them out before you buy anything expensive.
Afraid I've not yet tried them myself!
