There is no "right time" that can be described by any person other than those involved. That is a personal choice of the 2 people that are involved.
The standard rule I think is at the close of the 3rd date, however there is nothing wrong with waiting longer and it is ok to have that kiss earlier.
The answer is, you will know when the time is right, no one else can tell you when that is even though you do not want to hear that answer.
If you are wondering if it is the right moment just before you think its going to happen, then its not the right moment.
When it is the right moment, you will not even think about it, it will just occur.

It's really a mutual feeling you both have, comfort with the guy you're with is crucial and then the feelings build from there. You two will kiss when you can't hold back the feeling of wanting to kiss each other, it's as simple as that.

You'll know its the time when suddenly you don't even realize it but you are in such a great setting and the conversation stops....and you guys are just looking at each other....LEAN IN then. The perfect time for the first kiss is when the conversation is the most uncomfortable. Trust me.

Good question.
I have a girlfriend and we haven't kissed each other yet. It's been 13 months...but we are too shy to kiss.
I don't know...but we've talked about it....there was many times we sent kisses on the phone but we couldn't kiss...
I guess it comes itself...you know, there are times you both are madly in love and you get closer and closer (with no control) and kiss each other...
Take my advise...don't rush...there's no need to kiss each other soon...let it come itself...your hearts will kiss each other...

When he leans in for it. If you go in first, he'll probably go for it, but it may be early. If he goes in for the kiss and you're ready for it, the time is right.
Men will always accept a kiss (we're horny bastards), so just cuz he accepts your kiss doesn't mean it's the right time. But we will be wary of when to kiss you-- we're not evil, and we don't wanna scare you off-- so if he thinks it's time, he'll lean in. And if you're ready to accept, BINGO!!!

Just let it flow. I haven't had my first kiss but you'll probably just know when it's the right time.
Preferably not in front of a bunch of people.
