Easiest ever:
2 cans Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup (Don't substitute brands, the texture is different)
2 cans Campbells French Onion Soup
2 lbs - 4 lbs Cubed Chuck roast (also called stewing beef)
Combine soups in large deep baking dish
Add Beef
Cover with Foil
Bake for 3 hours at 350 degrees
If you want you can add baby carrots and button mushrooms during the last hour of cooking. (Don't add earlier or the carrots make the gravy too sweet)
Serve over wide noodles.
YUMMY!
Or you can cook in a crock pot on low all day.
