Hi,
I came across this website about 2 months ago
http://GrowTallerNaturally.com
It used to have a free version of the book that it's advertising. I downloaded this.
I am 15.5 and 5'7". My dad 5'11", my mum 5'5" and my weight about 129ibs (top end of 9 stone as i have very big calf muscles and arm muscles). Putting this data into the calculate your height things i'm predicted to be about 5'9". This really dissapointed me as I wanted to be at least 6'.
When I saw this it gave me a lot of hope.
Am I just wasting my time - as I can't stand being short for much longer!
Thanks

Well you will just have to wait-height doesn't happen overnight-though have you tried measuring yourself in the morning instead of the evening. You shrink about 1/2 to 1 inch as the day goes on because gravity is pushing on you, so right when you get up thats your actual height. And the website thing-thats bs. And being tall (6'0) isn't all that its cracked up to be-shoes are hard to find both guys and girls

Unfortunately for you height is controlled almost exclusively by genes. Good diet and exercise may help us to strengthen our bones and muscles, but our size is pre-determined by nature. Simply put, you'll only be as tall as you will be. There are certain techniques which claim to add a few extra inches to your height, but these are usually caused by means other than tissue/bone growth (for example, joints can be "stretched" to make you taller for a short period of time). If it's any conselation you usually wake up slightly taller than you go to bed due to lying laterally for so long without gravity pushing down on you. The bad news is as you get older you'll most likely experience a loss in height due to weakening bones and ligaments.

best guess is its a fake, as for getting taller you may not get much taller but if your 15 then you still have time before you quit growing, and try jumping rope, it is supposed to help!

and not always is height predetermined because my family is all 6' or taller and im 5'2"!
