You need photo editing software and you need to learn how to use it. Three good free programs are Paint.net, The Gimp and Irfanview.
The Gimp has all the tools of Photoshop 7, but is legal freeware. ITs a bit more difficult to learn so I recommend you go to Amazon or a bookshop and buy both the beginners and the full manual. Thats still cheaper than Photoshop.
Paint.net supports layers, and is easier to use.

You can do it just with paint, cut around the object you want from Photo A and paste it on Photo B. In this case though it tends to look like that's exactly what you did.
If you want it to look at least somewhat genuine I recommend Adobe Photoshop, but it's horrendously expensive. Something like Corel Paint Shop Pro is cheap (in comparison) and once you learn how to use it it can do a lot of amazing things.

Not really sure what you mean?
Do you mean you want to upload them to your pc? Or that you need to watermark them?
