it might threw the kegal muscles on the urethra alittle but it is nowhere near large enough to hit the bladder

Just where it's supposed to be.
You might feel it push against something..but it's not your bladder.

not at all, it goes several inches up the vagina where it doesn't bother anything. you shouldn't feel any discomfort at all; if you do then it's not in correctly.
