Missy, honey, it doesn't sound like you have much weight to lose in the first place. Sounds as though you could stand to gain a few pounds, as a matter of fact. I'm 4'11, and my weight is supposed to be 100 lbs. You're four inches taller, sweetheart. Look up what your weight should be for your health, and stick to THAT. Not somebody else's idea of what you should or should not weigh, but what you SHOULD weigh based on your height and body type.

well I'm skinny and all my friends say I am. But I do eat a lot and I'm about you height and weight. You probably just have a fast metabolism like me and you should tell people that so they'll lay off. Also you need to start feeling more comfortable with you weight or if your serious about loosing a few pounds( which I wouldn't) then make sure to do it in a healthy way. good luck. know how ya feel.

Get your fingers out of your middles class mouths and eat. You are a bunch of fools, stop watching so much bull **** on t.v, soaps mtv ex. Your weight is important only when you start looking like a cancer or aids patient, and have bones protruding out so far you hurt people you just go to give a hug to. I would rather be with a chick thats 5'3 and 165 than a 5'3 96 pound skank livin with her finger down her throght and making stupid coments about how fat she is. Their is nothing worse than a chick with no confidense or self esteem. My family for the longest time lectured me that I was "too skinny" and should "eat more"... but I had a healthy diet and what not.
I'd recommend if you're really worried to go and see a doctor or a nutritionalist. They'll know better and be able to tell you honestly instead of what your family thinks.

If you are comfortable with your weight, it shouldn't matter what other people say.If you are sure you want to gain weight, and if you want to do it the recommended wau, consume about 2,200 calories and continue to do your daily exerice.If you would rather get quicker results, go to a GNC (General Nutrition Center) and pickup a bottle of weight gainer.This stuff works, if you can get it down.If you are comfortable with your self...please, please dont let other people pressure you into gaining more weight, because as hard as some people try, they can't gain weight.

its hard to say without knowing your age. i used a pediatric BMI calculator (estimated your age to be 13) and it said your at a healthy weight, but of course only a doctor could say for sure. so either talk your doctor about it and have them explain to your family that your weight is fine or type in your correct age (if your older or younger than 13) on the website i gave you and then show them that your at a perfectly healthy weight for your age and height! hopefully they will leave you alone after that. good luck.

If you eat when you're hungry and you get enough calories and nutrients for the day, you should be fine.
Many women will be jealous of you and will try to make you believe there's something wrong with you, when in fact, they have the problem. THEY are obese.

The only person that really has to be comfortable with your body is you, dear. I've run the test.. had tough times being overweight and under until I realized that it doesn't really matter what society or my family thought, it is what I am comfortable with.

you might be a bit underweight. I would just eat right and exercise and don't starve yourself, you can gain weight so fast when you start eating again you wont like that. Just eat healty and you will be great.

keep the weight if you're okay with it... i'm four inches shorter than you and 6 pounds lighter and people have stopped commenting on how small i am... i used to not eat and my mom would bug me to eat to point that i would do anything just to get her leave me alone...
just eat fruits and vegetables and good stuff to get them off your back.
