The (Christian) Bible says that God "will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the majesty of his power" (2Thessalonians 1:8-9). Some people argue that you can be Buddhist and Christian at the same time, but the bottom line is this: if you don't claim Jesus Christ as your Lord (God), then you do not go to heaven. "Everlasting destruction" is just one of the many definitions of hell that the Bible gives.
This is not a judgement that Christians impose on others; this is what the Bible says, and Christians believe the Bible to be the actual and inerrant Word of God. We as real Christians know that we also deserve to go to hell, but the only way we're getting to heaven is because we've accepted the fact that we are sinners who need the redemption of Jesus Christ. We're going to heaven not on our own merit, but on Christ's merit, who was/is completely sinless.

Matthew 25 - Jesus suggests that those leading good lives, despite not knowing Him by name, were in fact serving Him and so go to heaven... similarly Christians doing things that displease God in His name would go to Hell. And I'm sure we can all think of a good few examples of those...

They would probably be reincarnated. However, it all depends on what you believe. Heaven and Hell are not the only places to go after you die.
