I just asked people how I could get myself to drink more water and I just really looked at what I've eaten and drank today.

4 cokes, 1 cup of tea, 1 piece of Pizza, 4 chocolate ding dongs, 1 Strawberry Cheesecake Klondike bar, 1 Peppermint Patty Klondike bar and about 6 Tablespoons of Kool whip... I eat it off the Spoon.

I only weigh 120... is it possible to be addicted to sugar????

Your body becomes addicted to the sugar rush and doesn't regulate insulin properly, so you need the sugar to feel normal.
You can wean yourself off.
Try more complex carbs and protein that don't digest so quickly.
Usually caffeine addiction goes hand in hand with this.
Good Luck.

If you wish to get more water into your diet, try some of the flavored waters that use natural flavoring. They can be quite tastey and fulfilling.

Eating too much sugar is more likely a habit than an addiction. But yes, it is possible to have a habit of eating too much sugar.

Yep. Most people are addicted to sugar I think. What you can do to get rid of sugar cravings is don't eat any sugar or potatoes or fruit for two weeks. Get sugar free candies for your sweet tooth. You will find that after two weeks, you really won't want it very much any more.

It is possible to be addicted to sugar/cabs. I would get my blood glucose level checked. But also try to eat some foods with a little nutrition in them. At the rate your going your pancreas is bound to give out eventually.

The desire for sugar is common and not an addiction. We are genetically programmed to seek and consume high calorie foods.

I wouldn't call it an addiction. It's kinda like saying addicted to food.

If you eat sugar you can crash later and want more food.
