Drinking lots of water like a gallon a day is really good for you as well to flush out toxins and it also makes your body reduce its water weight by flushing out access water weight. In a month alone you will feel a huge difference in just drinking a gallon of water a day. NEVER buy diet books or plans online there are plenty of free ways that have the same information or better.
