My doctor and dentist are great...no need to be afraid.

Not me because I try to be as pro-active in my healthcare as possible. I've been given a ton of diagnoses which were all wrong -- it depended upon the specialist I saw as to what my problem was. I finally did enough research on my symptoms and demanded a "non covered" test which revealed my true diagnosis. Doctors are professionals (trained to do a job) and not gods.

It depends on what I'm going to the doctor for. If I'm going for a check-up, I'm not afraid. If I'm going because I'm worried that there might be a problem, then of course I'm going to be a little anxious.

My doctor has saved my life twice, i think they are great and in a sick way i like the dentist too. It's only the undertaker i have a fear of. Still got lots more to do

Why would I be afraid of my doctor? He patches me up when I get sick or get injured.
