Usually the urine of a larger predator keeps other predators away.

You can also spray a mix of water and cayenne on anything that they may bite or eat to keep them away from it.

I've heard of a wolf repellent, I'm sure it'll work on dogs too. Ammonia, vinager and water, just be careful it'll kill your grass! Do you have a leash by-law there(dogs must be kept on leash)? If you do maybe animal control can help keep them off your yard, or invest in a live dog trap and trap the dogs and bring them to the pound.

umm, well you can get this plant that smells like a skunk, it keeps all kinds of animals out of our gardens. or you can you use pepper. grind dry peppers up and sprinkle it around the edge of your yard or get a pepper spray.
