You're kidding, right?
You feel like crap and you think running around chasing a little yellow ball will make you feel better?
It won't. But do try the chicken noodle soup that was suggested and get plenty of rest. You're body needs to fight the infection and to do it fairly quickly, it needs nutrients and rest. Give it 7-10 days and you should start feeling better.

SORE THROAT: get apple cider viegar and take a warm cup of water add 1 tsp to the water and a tiny bit of honey, gargle three times and then swallow it the third.. do this every three hours or so. SINUSES: take peppermint essential oil and add water to it and rub it on your chest and neck, this should clear up your sinuses. Tea tree oil works veryy well with this too. (Just make sure not to irritate your skin with the peppermint or get it in your eyes it will sting and could blind you) NAUSEA: the apple cider vinger mixture I mentioned on the top will help as well. and lastly- colloidal silver has REALLY helped me get through some hard sicknesses, no you will not turn blue unless you have had more than 2 gallons of it. Just take ten drops of it in a glass every 5 hours.

No they won't. Do you have allergies or is it a cold? Being fit can help prevent you from getting sick, but being fit is exercising and eating right as well.

If that were true, I would never be sick,, better get some medicine, and forget about sports getting rid of your cold.

only to the extent that being in good shape helps your
system to fight organisms that cause disease. if you
are already having problems you need to treat them
not further stress your body with sports.

-fresh lemon juice
mix together and drink. it works wonders. or gargle salt water. but sports is probably a bad idea.
