Some people cannot except some people marrying outside their race. But if you look around you, how many whites are married or going with , Chinese, Japanese, Indian etc. And as far as the Black race, I guess they don't know that Moses married an Ethiopian woman, she was black. People stare at alot of things and other people, not just the mixed relationships. Some people stare at crippled people, disfigured people etc. They have been doing this for years. It isn't only the white people who stare. Some people are just ignorant. Just stare back at them and smile!

I rarely notice anyone when I'm out in public. I would pay no more attention to an interracial couple than I would anyone else.
I think that there are a lot of people who feel that anything outside their own little private world is either interesting or possibly even revolting and therefore feel they have the right to demean or look down on others.
I don't think it has anything to do with traits, it's a taught and/or learned behavior. If you notice little kids in a playground rarely pay attention to race, so I don't believe it's inherent.
I also don't believe it's especially white people. I'm a white guy and I don't feel I'm any better or worse than anyone else. I'm just a man in the world. Thats all.

people are stupid weather or not they are black, white, chinese, japanese,or any other race there are people of all color that are racist its not just the whites. ive met several black people that think every one in the world is against them and they hate white people with a passion they war that we were slaves for 400 years like a shirt on thier back and they never get over nothing and then there is the white people who think they are all that on a stick and they will never change there mind either. me i am scottish and my people were inslaved for 1200 years so what all the worry is about now adays i have no idea i think people just hate ,just to have some thing to hate and to blame for thier lives today. i think people really should get over themselves and start treating people as equals because they are no matter what color , no matter what religion, no matter what crede......

No, thats just decendency from their own parents and peers teaching them incorrect and poor values. Society today is full of flaws and its really sad that people still think and act like this towards one another. I dont feel that white people in general are any worse and being white myself I dont even take offence to your question, it just makes me sad that there are so many people in this world who have such standards based on traits such as skin and nationality.

They are just regular people with color differences.
The ones I knew, she was from the Seychelles and admonished her kids NOT to mingle with American blacks, as she considered them inferior. I had to bite my teeth together to avoid grinning obviously.
She was a lot darker than her kids. Father was white.
I have a 'black' niece, who resents her mother having been 'so stupid'.
No one ever thinks about how the kids will feel about this. The 'grown ups' always only think about themselves. Selfish.
Makes one wonder.

I know, I hate that. I myself don't personally have a problem with it. But, I live in a City where bi-racial relationships are very prominent, and when I'm in restaurants I observe people on-looking in a derogatory way, and me with my smart mouthed self, I almost speak up for the passive person who just sits there feeling inferior.
Technically, I feel individuals should follow their heart, no matter the color (race)!

I'm not reserved at all when I see this. Theres nothing to reserve. There no problem at all with interracial couples. It's no different than any other.

I don't look at them any differently than I would a white couple with white children. If I did then I would certainly be showing my ignorance....

They are ignorant. My best friend is white, her boyfriend black. They have a one year old who is my god son. He is adorable.
