Is she supposed to avoid caffeine or fizzy drinks? If fizzy drinks - then you can serve her kool aid (which is caffeine free too) and iced tea as alternatives. If caffeine, then Sprite, 7up, root beer are good options but check the labels to be sure before buying them. Mountain Dew has as much caffeine as Coke so be sure to avoid it - just because it seems like a lemon-lime beverage sometimes people don't realize it has a ton of caffeine in it.

RE:
Which fizzy drinks do not have caffeine in?
Have just found out that I am allergic to caffeine, and am missing my fizzy drink fix. Are there any popular beverages that have no caffeine??

Several brands of Root Beer have no caffeine, also 7-up and Sprite have no caffeine. Actually, I think most of the clear soft drinks have no caffeine.

You could try caffeine free coke?!
You would far better off with a smoothy much more healthier for you but if you like the fizz why not just drink carbonate (sparkling)water instead?

7 up is ok as is sprite, fanta, and tango.
if caffeine is present in a drink it is very clearly labelled in the list of ingredients, on the bottle.
